Tootsie joined us from a hoarding situation and this special girl is soaking up all of the love that she can in her foster home. She loves to be in a lap and can get jealous of the other dogs so a home where she is the only dog, or with an independent dog would be best. Tootsie is not a barker and she will use potty pads or go outside. She is estimated to be 8 years old and weighs 4 1/2 lbs.
