Toffee is a two-month old Chihuahua mix who is sweet and loving. She enjoys running around the backyard, wrestling with her siblings, and playing with the kids in her foster family. She's looking for a family to spoil her and give her the great life she deserves. She's estimated to be 15 pounds full grown.
