Toby is turning 5 on December 18th and we are hoping he can celebrate with his new family! This cutie makes friends with every stranger he meets; he does well with other dogs and was raised with, and loves, cats. Toby likes to play but is quite mellow for his breed. He weighs 29 lbs.
