Simon is a petite 2 lbs, 3 month old pup whose gorgeous ears account for half of his body weight! He was born with back legs that don't cooperate, he can stand and take a few steps but he falls quickly and prefers to pull himself around. He is a happy boy who plays non-stop with the other foster dog in his home who has a similar issue. Simon loves snuggles and despite his handicap, he will live a long, happy life with a lucky family. We are expecting him to stay under 10 lbs when fully grown.
