Ruth is a spunky, determined little girl who loves to explore and keep up with whatever is going on around her. Born December 2, 2025, Ruth entered rescue as a bottle baby orphan at just 4 days old and has been raised in a loving foster home from the start. She enjoys playtime, learning new things, and cuddling once she’s tired. Ruth is a Chihuahua mixed with a few unexpected breeds; we expect her to be in the 10–15 lbs range when fully grown.
