Rascal is an adorable boy who is stealing hearts wherever he goes! This sweetly shy boy hasn't experienced much of the world so new people and places can be scary. He is looking for a home with the time and patience to help his confidence grow. Rascal loves other small dogs and once he is comfortable with a person, he follows them everywhere and will snuggle in and hold onto you with his paws.
