Penny came to us after a death in her family, she has been very loved and it shows. She loves to hang out on the couch with her person and is an affectionate girl. She is used to living with other small dogs and enjoys their company. Penny is quite overweight; she has lost a few pounds while with us by eating only dog food and going on a short walk each day. She needs a home who is happy to continue on her weight loss journey so she can live a long, happy life. Penny is 9 years old and weighs 26 lbs.
