Pepper is a 3-4 year old adorable scruffy terrier who is quiet and mild mannered. This shy girl needs time to get to know you before happily cuddling into your lap and feeling safe. She does well with other dogs and at only 10 lbs, she doesn't take up too much room on the couch.
