Oso was left behind when his person moved but he is loving life in his foster home! He's been groomed, vetted and spoiled! Oso is doing well with the other dogs in his home but his favorite is the people. He loves to give kisses, follow them around the house and settle in for cuddles. Oso is approximately 3 years old and weighs 12 lbs.
