Oscar came to us underweight and shy but he has blossomed in his foster home! He has put on weight and is gaining confidence every day. He loves his foster mom and is excited to find his permanent home so he can devote himself to a forever family. Oscar does well with other dogs but would also be fine as your one and only. He is just over 1 year old and weighs 10 lbs.
