Newton is a scruffy boy with a friendly personality! He is getting along well with the other dogs in his foster home and ignores the cats. Newton caught onto the doggy door quickly and is a smart dog who has a lot of love to give to his forever family. He is approximately 2 years old and 12 lbs.
