Mouse

Hi! My Name Is Mouse

We're happy to tell you that Mouse has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Dogs Page to see the pups currently available.

Mouse earned his name by being super timid and quiet. He came to us completely shut down and has worked with a trainer for the past few months to build his confidence. He loves his crate and will seek it's comforting environment when he's stressed. Mouse knows his basic obedience skills including sit, down, heel, leave it, drop it, place, off and more.

He has been exposed to all types of animals in his foster home, including dogs, cats and lizards and has done well with everyone. He also lives with a dog-savvy toddler who he interacts well with. Outside of the home, Mouse is still working on his confidence. He needs a patient home that will continue to work with him to build trust and reassure him that the world is ok. It normally takes him 20 minutes or so to get used to strangers. We don't believe Mouse has been abused, he was simply not exposed to anyone or anything outside of his previous immediate family and home as a puppy which resulted in him becoming a shy dog.

Mouse is almost 1 year old and will weigh well over 100 lbs once he fully fills out. He does come with continued access to his trainer and needs a home willing to continue his progress.
