Toby came to us in a neglected state, his hair was so matted he had to be shaved for a fresh start. This sweet boy is shy with people, preferring the company of the other dogs in his foster home. He is not at all aggressive, more like he hasn't ever received human love so he doesn't understand. His ideal home would have another dog or two for him to mimic and patient people who don't mind teaching him how great life with a loving family is. Toby is approximately 3 years old and 25 lbs.
