Frank is an approximately 1 year old, 9 lb Chiweenie who is having fun in his foster home, playing with all of the toys, snuggling on the couch and making lots of new dog friends! This cutie gets along well with others, likes to play but isn't high energy. He's mastering the dog door and can't wait to meet his forever family!
