Frank is a loving boy who wants a person to call his own. This cutie follows his foster mom around the house, always ready to plop down for pets. He is fine with other dogs and loves to play but he will insert himself when another dog is getting attention, not in an aggressive way, more in a me too! way. Frank loves to snooze and his snoring lets you know just how much he enjoys it! He is 2 years old and approximately 23 lbs.
