Fizzy joined us as a stray with a rotten mouth, matted hair and looking a mess. She has gotten cleaned up, had her teeth cleaned and is feeling much better. She is a petite girl of 3 1/2 lbs and is estimated to be 10 years old. Fizzy gets along fine with the other small dogs in her foster home but would also be fine as the doggy diva of her home.
