Eugene is a sweet natured English Bulldog pup who was born in the beginning of March. He has a genetic condition called hydrocephalus but it doesn't slow him down! He loves to play with the other dogs in his foster home - and the kitties too! He is a typical, clumsy puppy with a lot of love to give. Eugene currently weighs 22 lbs and is expected to be in the 40-50 lb range when fully grown.
