Charlie is an 8 lb cutie who is friendly with everyone he meets. This sweet boy gets along well with other dogs but his first love is definitely people, he was made to be a lap dog. Charlie does have a playful side and gets zoomies to get out his energy. He is estimated to be 7-8 years old.
