Bissell came to us a matted mess, scared and having had a rough life. Thanks to a loving foster home and an amazing groomer, he has turned into a different dog, one that is happy, friendly, and adorable! Bissell likes toys and the other dogs in his foster home. He loves his people and adapts his energy to fit the energy of the house. Bissell is not a fan of the leash yet so a home with a yard is important. He is thought to be 3-4 years old and weighs 18 lbs.
