Arthur has a genetic vision issue which leaves him with very limited vision - but he is as happy and playful as any other puppy! He loves to play with the other small dogs in his foster home and is always ready to cuddle. Arthur will remain small, probably less than 10 lbs when fully grown, so he'll never fully grow into his fabulous ears!
