Phoebe is a confident, outgoing little girl who seems to have taken after her poodle mama. She's curious about everything around her and loves exploring the foster home, especially when there are other dogs around to meet and play with. Phoebe is already showing a fun, social personality and is happily growing into the world around her. She was born around July 1, 2026 and is expected to weigh 10–15 lbs when fully grown.
