Where are our scruffy dog people?!? Charlie came to us from a situation where he was mainly living outside and didn't receive much attention. He moved into one of our loving foster homes and is enjoying having a soft bed, going on walks around the neighborhood and being treated like a loved family member. Charlie is shy but not aggressive; he loves the other dogs in his foster home and would do well with a friendly dog in his forever home to help him continue learning how to be a family dog. Charlie is thought to be 18-24 months old and weighs 9 lbs.
