Charlotte came to us from a breeder who decided she was not going to breed Cavaliers any longer. She was not a regular pet for the first year of her life so living in a home has been full of learning new things! Charlotte is sweet as can be and loves to be close to her person. She likes the other small dogs in her foster home but she does chase the cat. Charlotte is working on her potty manners and does well when taken out frequently. She is a petite girl on approximately 10 lbs at one year old.
