Phineas came in as an overgrown, dirty mop - but what a handsome man was hiding underneath all of that neglect! This sweet boy is mildly shy with new people but warms up quickly. He loves other dogs and would enjoy having a doggy friend to follow in his new home. He is estimated to be between 1-2 years old and he weighs 15 lbs.
