Hello, Muffins is very friendly, well socialized with dogs, people and kids.
She is 10 years young and has cushings disease. She is on medication and I’ve been fighting to control it for a few years now, routine testing and med adjustment. Unfortunately she has been sneakily going pee in the house (we do have a dog door) especially more common when it’s raining, as she doesn’t like the rain. We have a larger size home so I think it adds to this sneaky behavior, so she can find bedrooms, hallways etc. This is probably due to to her uncontrolled cushing’s disease. I’ve tried to get it under control for two years now, constant bloodwork and medications adjustments.
Muffins is smart as a whip, is food/ treat motivated. Will shake, speak, lay down, sit, play dead (bang bang), and spin, and will do it eagerly as long as you have food. She is vaxxed and spayed. She will also dig through trash as her disease makes her hungry, and is super smart at getting to it. She must be fed ideally three times a day to control her appetite. If you can take her in I would be so grateful! Thank you. She is also loosing hair from cushings
