Pepper is a quiet, sweet boy who loves to snuggle in bed with his person. He is fine with other dogs and does enjoy play time - but nothing beats cuddling up in a warm bed. He follows his foster mom around the house and likes to be close to his person. Piper is a quiet boy, shy with new people but he warms up quickly. He is approximately 3 years old and weighs 9 lbs.
